Our Energetic Connections With People And Cutting Cords

You may or may not have heard of cutting the cord with someone. I know I first heard of it around cutting the cord to an ex. I used to believe it as a symbolic meaning of visualizing the cord being cut and allowing myself to move on. I was feeling heartbroken and looking for something to make me feel better. But there is so much more to the energetic process that I didn't at first understand as well as why this cord cutting is so important.

Let me start by how we cord in and energetically connect with others. You are most likely corded in to your parents, siblings, close friends, coworkers, partners and yes exes as well. We tend to form these connections when we get emotional towards the other person or them emotional towards us or are being vulnerable or intimate. Through this you are essentially opening up your energy and dropping your walls to this connection. You are leaving your energy open and vulnerable.

Here is an example: Let's say I am talking to my friend and she is having the worst day at work and is telling me all about it. I might naturally start feeling what she is feeling and feel bad for her and bam! I cord into her energy. Through these cords we can exchange emotions, thoughts, and even soul pieces, depending on the situation. You ever have those moments where you think of something and not sure why you thought of it? You could be picking up on other peoples thoughts.

So what can you do about this? Through an advanced cord cutting technique I can make sure you retrieve all your energy and soul pieces back and pull out all their energy and soul pieces from you to give back to the other person before finishing with cutting the cord so no more pieces get exchanged.
